Founded in 1972 and developed by Fritz Jost and later his son Urs, the family business grew into a medium-sized garage with 25 employees in 2025. We were a main Suzuki dealer for three decades.
Urs Jost has in-depth expertise in diagnosing highly complex electronic, electrical and mechanical problems. That experience remains central to our workshop.

Following staffing difficulties and health problems affecting Urs Jost, the decision was made to significantly reduce the size of the business. Our aim is to put the quality and personal care our customers know from Garage Jost firmly back at the centre.
The new team includes long-standing colleagues such as Bruno Schmid, two further experienced mechanics and apprentices. We focus on excellent work at fair prices, both for servicing and for buying a vehicle.
